Our team of experts has been racing against the clock to bring this project to the public in time for Halloween! We believe we have worked most of the bugs out of the design. Prudent trick-or-treaters will find it beneficial to travel with companions who have an unobstructed field of vision.

STEP 3. Use scissors or a utility knife to carefully cut out around the outside outline. Children should be supervised when using sharp objects.

STEP 4. Staple the rubber band to the outside edge of the mask where indicated. Children should be supervised when using staplers.
